On 25 May 2018 the new UK regulations on data protection take effect, and all UK organisations (including charities) must revise their procedures in accordance with it. More details can be found here.
The CTA holds data supplied by members on a database linked to this website. This information is displayed to members on the ‘Members Area’ of the website. The CTA also holds members’ email addresses on a Mailchimp database, from which CTA mailings are sent out.
From 25 May 2018 we must have your active consent to retain your data and to contact you, and to send you the annual record of our Conference proceedings in New Blackfriars. You will shortly receive an email from the CTA, asking you to confirm your consent to our retaining your data. PLEASE RESPOND PROMPTLY, so that the Association can meet its legal obligations.
